How do I book your service?
You can book via phone, online form, email, WhatsApp, or through our Google Business profile. We’re flexible and often accommodate short-notice bookings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, card, bank transfer, Afterpay, and other Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes, all work comes with a 12-month workmanship guarantee. Parts are covered by manufacturer warranty.
How long does a service take?
Oil change: 30–45 minutes. Minor service: 1–2 hours. Major service: 2–4 hours. Time may vary depending on vehicle condition.
How much do services cost?
Pricing depends on vehicle type and service required. We always provide transparent quotes before starting any work.
When should I service my car?
Generally, minor service is recommended every 5,000–10,000 km or 6 months, and major service every 10,000–20,000 km or 12 months, depending on manufacturer guidelines.
What’s included in a service?
Minor service includes oil change, filter replacement, and fluid checks. Major service includes spark plugs, air filters, and a full inspection.
Do I need to bring my vehicle somewhere?
No. We come to your home, office, or any suitable location within our service area.
What does my check engine light mean?
It indicates a fault in the engine or emissions system. We scan your vehicle to identify the exact fault code and cause.
Why is my car not starting?
Common causes include a dead battery, faulty starter, alternator issues, fuel system problems, or ignition faults. We diagnose and fix the issue.
What causes brake noise?
Squealing usually indicates worn brake pads, while grinding suggests severe wear and possible rotor damage. We inspect and advise accordingly.
Is my battery dying?
Signs include slow cranking, dim lights, or difficulty starting. Most batteries last 3–5 years, and we can test your battery condition.
Why is my car losing power?
Possible causes include dirty air filters, fuel system issues, spark plugs, timing problems, or engine faults. We diagnose and repair the root cause.
Can you service European cars?
Yes, we specialize in BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, Porsche, and other European brands.
Do you service electric vehicles?
Yes, we service Tesla, BYD, MG, GWM and other EVs, including battery and system care.
Does your work maintain my warranty?
Yes, as long as work follows manufacturer specifications and is performed correctly by qualified technicians.
What’s your workmanship guarantee?
All work includes a 12-month workmanship guarantee. If something we repaired fails, we fix it at no cost.
How much notice do you need to book?
We often accommodate short-notice bookings. Contact us for availability or urgent requests.
Are you available on weekends?
Weekend appointments may be available depending on schedule. Please contact us to confirm.
Will you do extra work without asking?
No. We always get your approval before any additional work and provide a clear quote first.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, we accept Afterpay and other BNPL services for installment payments.
